Lizette Cabrera is in the midst of the season of her life after winning her third straight title in Swan Hill on Sunday.

The Queenslander defeated Japan's Sakura Hosogi 6-4 6-3, clinching the ITF W35 Swan Hill title to extend her winning streak to 15 matches.

After dropping the opening set in her first tournament match, Cabrera went flawless, claiming 10 consecutive sets to add to her trophy cabinet.

Before the event commenced, the 27-year-old was ranked No.242, with the rankings to be updated after the Miami Open, with her chances of entering French Open qualifying increasing.

In the same tournament, 26-year-old Blake Ellis captured his second-ever ITF title to clinch the ITF M25 Swan Hill crown.

Ellis, who featured in his first Australian Open qualifying campaign this year, defeated fellow Aussie Dane Sweeny 2-6 6-3 7-6(4) in two hours and 38 minutes.

In 2024, Ellis started the year No.361, having produced a 49-30 win-loss record throughout the 12 months that followed. He is now at a career-high 269th in the world after winning 14 of his 23 matches this year.

Arina Rodionova tasted title success for the first time since December 2023, triumphing in the ITF W75 Luan event against world No.162 Lanlana Tararudee 6-3 1-6 6-3.

Her win breaks a three-match losing drought in finals and sits 169th in the rankings after surging 24 places, adding a 17th ITF title to her name.

Switching focus to the ITF junior level, 15-year-old Sydneysider Renee Alame took out the ITF J100 singles title on the clay courts of Canberra.

The top-seed was a class above third-seed Heonyee Lee, dropping two games en route to a comfortable 6-1 6-1 victory.

It marks the teenager's third ITF junior singles trophy and second in the J100 category after claiming the title in Brisbane last year.

She also won the doubles title alongside compatriot Ava Beck.
