Spanish veteran Pablo Carreño Busta can count himself lucky to escape disqualification after a heated altercation with a chair umpire.
The 33-year-old was in the middle of an intense third-set tiebreak against Bulgaria's Iliyan Radulov at a Challenger event in Girona before a contentious decision made headlines for all the wrong reasons.

After the line judge initially called Radulov's shot out, umpire Ali Katebi overturned the decision to award him the point.
Strongly disagreeing with the call, Carreño Busta approached Katebi and pushed him as he vented his anger, saying: "Call the supervisor".
The argument lasted for 10 minutes, and eventually, the umpire and tournament supervisor agreed to replay the point.
Carreño Busta, a former world No.16, also said "I want this guy out of Girona" when referring to the umpire.
However, the experienced Spaniard did not receive any form of punishment for his actions. Instead, he went on to claim the tiebreak 7-4.
Six years ago at the Australian Open, Carreño Busta lost his cool amid a frosty exchange with a chair umpire over a line call, who ended up losing the match to Kei Nishikori and tossed his tennis bag onto the court in a full-blown tantrum.
He will next meet 2014 US Open winner Marin Čilić in the quarter-finals.
